REGISTRATION FOR WINTER/SPRING '11 SESSION

*Please drop off (the brown mailboxes in the Community Center and Birchwood Park parking lots, the registration desk at the Community Center, or the turn-in basket at a rehearsal) or mail your singer's registration form and check (made payable to the Palatine Park District) before Monday, January 10.

Note: Returning singers do not have to pay a music deposit fee.
